Other payments made for maintenance and repair work including to the mason and to Anthony Smith the carpenter. Payment of salaries such as to the mustermaster, James butter schoolmaster and John Ruter, overseer of the poor. Payment made to John Haynes and Stefan Bagwell to go and give evidence in Exeter about the death of Tucker.
